Section 28

When applying to the court for permission to detain an arrested person in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 14, a copy of the complaint filed or the information given to the police office or the investigating officer shall be submitted by the investigating officer to the investigating officer through the public prosecutor.< br>
(2) The officer hearing the case shall keep a separate record of the application or notice as per sub-section (1).
